Joe is Uncharted’s Communications Director and Chief Geographer. He’s a world traveler and has lived in the United States, Asia, and the Middle East and has traveled to over 35 countries. Fluent in Chinese Mandarin, Joe holds a Master of Arts in geography from Western Michigan University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Utah State University. Joe is a pilot and enjoys gliders and skiing. He is also a nationally-ranked orienteering athlete and serves as an officer in the United States Air Force with qualifications as an International Affairs Officer (China Regional Affairs) and Space Professional.
