Joe is a co-founder and the Communications Director of Uncharted. He’s a world traveler and has lived in the United States, Asia, and the Middle East and has traveled to over 35 countries. He speaks Chinese Mandarin and has Masters Degrees in Asian/Chinese studies from the University of Michigan, and Geography from Western Michigan University. He also holds a Bachelors degree in Communications from Utah State University. Joe is a pilot and enjoys gliders and skiing. He competed internationally in orienteering and serves as an officer in the United States Air Force with qualifications as a Foreign Area Officer and Space Professional.
