December 21st, 2021, the Christmas star hovers over the Wellsville Mountain range and the Logan Utah Temple. In reality, it is not a star at all, rather a conjunction of two planets in Jupiter and Saturn. The last time these two planets were this close was clear back in 1623 but it wasn't visible then, the last time it was visible was in 1226.
